Cancellation Policy
** PLEASE READ THIS POLICY BEFORE BOOKING !! **
**Deposits: **
A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, and confirms your appointment. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
**Payments**
At this time we only accept Card, Cash, Zelle or Tap.
**COVID-19: **
If you are feeling ill please reschedule your appointment! We want to keep everyone safe in our space. Please wear a mask during your appointment.
**Cancellations: **
Your appointment and well-being is very
important to us. We understand that
sometimes unexpected delays may occur,
causing schedule adjustments. If you need
to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 12 hour advanced notice. Any cancellation or rescheduled appointments made less than 12 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the requested services, Unless we are able to fill your reserved appointment slot. Therefore if you must cancel you will also forfeit your deposit, mo and a new deposit is required to rebook.
** LATE POLICY: **
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to
accommodate you. In this case, please CALL to notify us via phone 832-706-0050 and the same cancellation fee above will apply, and you will again forfeit your deposit and will be required to re-pay the deposit amount to re-book. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. New guest please plan accordingly to ensure that you find us ok 🫶🏾
** Extra Guests: **
Please refrain from bringing extra guests, our space is limited at the moment and we can not guarantee any available space for guests to sit. Please no children at this time as well, unless discussed prior to your appointment. We thank you for your understanding.
While we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service-. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. While we are beyond grateful and thank you for your business, There will be no exceptions to this policy.
